50-state deadline controls

Every notice and filing date is calculated from the job facts.

FirstFurnish tracks preliminary notices, monthly notices, notices of intent, lien filings, service periods, registry steps, and returned-record deadlines. Each date names the event that starts the statutory period.

Separate dates remain separate

First furnishing, last furnishing, contract date, invoice date, completion, payment due date, recorded Notice of Commencement, and planned filing date are stored as different fields.

Project classification changes the result

Residential, owner-occupied, single-family, public, private, searchable-project, and claimant-tier branches are applied before the deadline is shown.

The next required document is attached to the date

Each deadline names the notice, lien, registry filing, recording, service, arbitration, or release step. Completed documents and evidence close the corresponding item.

Email reminders contain the job and due date

Reminder messages identify the project, required step, due date, missing facts, and approval link. The same dates appear on the job board.
