The checkout amount is calculated from the displayed recipient count. The mailed PDF, recipient address, provider identifier, and payment remain linked to the same order.
Delivery status returns to the job
The job records creation, mailing, USPS tracking, delivery state, and provider errors. Electronic return-receipt evidence remains available with the notice.
Non-mail service uses a different route
Registry filing, county recording, court filing, courier delivery, and process service do not enter the certified-mail order. The state and project determine the required method.
